All prescription medications are issued only following a review of your completed health questionnaire by one of our qualified prescribers. Submitting a questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in treatment being withdrawn and may pose a serious risk to your health. We accept no liability for harm arising from inaccurate information submitted by you.
Prescriptions are valid only for the individual named and must not be shared. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable.
A charge applies for the consultation and, where a prescription is issued, for the medication and dispensing service. You will be shown the total cost before you confirm your order.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. Your card details are not stored by us.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier's schedule and are not guaranteed by us.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. If your order is not approved, you will not be charged for the medication, and any charge taken will be refunded promptly.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or incomplete delivery addresses provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. If a prescription has already been issued and the medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for legal and safety reasons.
If your order is declined following clinical review, any payment taken for medication will be refunded in full. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
The information provided through our service is for clinical treatment purposes and does not constitute general medical advice. Our service does not replace your GP or NHS healthcare. You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our clinic.
Weight loss treatments may carry risks and side effects. Full information will be provided to you prior to treatment. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking the medication and seek medical attention immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
